Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us without the original hangtag on, damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

The item I received was faulty, stitching from the open back somehow was sewn into the armpit. I contacted customer service immediately for a refund. Takes days to hear back, and with a 20 day return window it makes time very tight to be able to return. They said they sent me a return label, but didn’t clarify if that was supposed to be on the bag with the item (it wasn’t) or was being mailed to me separately. Ive been waiting days for a response on where the return label is. Hoping I can get my money back as there is literally no way to wear this item.
